Long Kitchen cabinets are engineered to handle heavier loads, like heavy duty appliances and specialty type countertops.
Solid Wood Drawer Boxes
Deluxe drawer boxes have 11/16" thick solid wood sides and 1/4" hardwood plywood bottoms, glued and stapled together.Multi-Ply Hardwood Boxes
1/2" thick #1 grade multi-ply hardwood plywood with furniture grade oak, maple or cherry wood veneer on exterior exposed surfaces.Hanging Rails
3" x 3/4" thick, multi-ply hardwood plywood running full cabinet length top and bottoms. Base cabinets have 7-1/4" high x 3/4" thick solid wood structural support at the top rear. All hang rails are rabbeted to inset in end panels and backs.Back Panels
1/4" thick, multi-ply hardwood plywood stapled and structurally glued to rabbeted ends and hang rails.Top and Bottom Panels
1/2" thick multi-ply hardwood plywood. Tops and bottom are structurally glued and stapled into insets in end panels, front rails and hang rails. Bottoms are also supported at rear of base cabinets by 1/2" thick multi-ply hardwood plywood.Shelving
10-7/8" deep x 3/4" thick multi-ply hardwood plywood. Hardwood veneer banded to front edge. Fixed base cabinet shelves are dadoed into end panels. Wall cabinets have adjustable shelves supported by self-locking, lexan buttress supports.Side End Panels
