Everyone likes to get a pat on the back once in a while. And while we aren’t in business for the accolades, it is nice when we receive some genuinely glowing feedback for our work. We wanted to share a pair of really nice Long Roofing reviews.
The first comes from Art B. of Manassas, Va., who writes:
Long Roofing installed a Long Roofing installed a new roof on our home last week and new gutters this week. Just want everyone to know how pleased we are with the results. Our salesman was thorough and professional in his presentation. After discussing all of the details and expectations, we felt confident that the investment was worth it and that Long Roofing would stand behind their promise to fulfill the contract we signed. From the early morning delivery of the shingles that was done with absolute precision. The gentlemen were efficient and obviously experienced in performing the tedious job of putting the pallets of shingles on the roof with a crane. Then came the workers who actually did the intensive labor of removing the two old layers of shingles and installing the new ones. There were six installers and they totally amazed me at the speed they worked in spite of the sweltering heat! By 4:30 they had finished, cleaned up every bit of left over debris and departed. Organized and polite! All in all it was quite an experience to observe the planning, organizing and intensive labor that goes into installing a roof. Long Roofing did an outstanding job and we are very happy with the results. We would recommend Long to anyone.
Very kind words, Art! Thank you.
Updated: Another fine review of our work came in through Facebook today, courtesy of Katina Lynn Salisbury:
We were also pleased to see a nice write-up on Suzanne Bagheri’s blog, The Painted Drawer Collection. Here’s an excerpt:
We had our Long Fence and Home salesman, Brett Gurowitz, sitting at our kitchen table giving us an estimate for a new roof and gutters when a hail storm hit. I mean, this was serious hail – I have never seen anything like it before. The hail was the size of rocks and we all got up to look outside. The storm ended and we finished up and signed the papers. The next week another company knocked on our door. They suggested we call our home insurance because we had hail damage to our existing roof and they wanted to replace it. Wow – thanks for the tip! We called our insurance and it ended up being covered! What a lucky hail storm! We didn’t use the company that knocked on our door and stuck with our original choice, Long Fence and Home. Brett was professional and stayed in touch with us via email and phone throughout the entire process. The project manager called to confirm the install date and the work was done in one day. Fantastic!
