Purchase and install energy-efficient Long Attic Mirror and you'll qualify for a federal tax credit covering 30% of the cost, up to $1,500 per household.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. It includes tax credit refunds for eligible energy-efficient insulation installed prior to December 31, 2010.

It's easy to qualify for and claim the federal tax credit:
